Sanyam implemented a ticketing system which addressed the issue of internal queries and allowed prioritized escalation which could be solved within a day.

Joanna researched into other competitors and industry practices in order to apply similar concepts to look for areas for improvement for our current client we have on board. Applied different marketing strategies to a real client and architected new ways to create content.

Social Media Promotion Proposal

Angel created a client proposal for Black Friday promotions for Instagram and Facebook and outlined the objectives of the ad proposal.
